Refunds and Returns
Refunds and credit notes cannot be issued for Nursery Furniture as these items are not held in stock, but are ordered in upon customer request. The Nursery Furniture comes with a 2 year Guarantee when registered within 28 days, so should there be any problems, Obaby can help you directly.
If for any reason an item needs to be returned or swapped, it must be returned or swapped in its original, perfect-conditioned, unused packaging.
To request a refund, please bring your till receipt to the shop or show your email receipt if it was an online order. This must be done within 28 days of purchase. Your refund will be processed back onto your card. If you have purchased online, you can get a refund via the website if the whole order is brought back or posted back to the shop. If you are returning part of an order, you will need to provide your BACS details as the web-payment system cannot process a partial refund.
If you have a gift that has been bought for you by someone else, please either bring in the gift receipt with you if the item has been purchased in shop or if it has been purchased online, please provide Natural for Baby with the name of the person who bought the item(s) so that the order can be found. There is normally a 3 month deadline to swap a gift for another item or sizes.
Upon the rare occasion that something is faulty, please contact the shop as the different brands operate in different ways as to how to resolve any issues. Some may wish to contact you directly or need a photo for example.
